"a layer of hard packed ice"...? my goodness! no joke!! whoa... that's something i gotta see!! nonono. your mum is absolutely right. you'd end up catching a terrible cold cycling... and stand well back from the road so you dont get splashed too much >.< you poor thing... i'm gonna be catching my first bus to uni in about 3wks time T_T that's just sad...but i am an 'Adelaidian'. we're car folks...lol, we even drive to the local shopping centre which is 5-10mins away! =_="

its not that warm anymore...23 degrees today. although the mercury's gona go up to the mid 30s next week >.< i guess that's still better than at the high end of the 40s T_T lol my face, arms and legs are brown but, coz i'm a t-shirt girl, when i go sleeveless, there's like this massive colour difference between my shoulders and the rest of my arm. hahaha cold beverages? lol, i tried to! but by the time i actually get comfortable sitting in my sofa (not porch, i'll be sunbaked!), the ice has already melted!

lol i still remember a time when mobile fones had green screens, were terribly thick, heavy and had huge antenna thingeys!! lmao...

no, havent heard of those games before... although i used to play GTA 2, Time Crisis, taxi and point blank on the playstation. dad even bought me one of those playstation gun controls!! lol it was fun! i also used to be quite addicted to racing games even though i dont have the natural talent my cousin has... i swear, even if he gave my a whole lap head start, he'd still end up winning...gah. ><
but i think i'm more of a violent movie person. my gosh! have you seen Taken? i swear, you have to! fully action packed, great storyline too!!

The weather's cooled down a bit now ^_^ omgosh! i heard Britain received a year's worth of snow within 2 hours sometime last week! my goodness! must have been a somewhat freakish winter wonderland!

actually, funny thing is, most of my cousins have a wii. and a nintendo ds (or several) and nintendo cube (is that what its called?). oh, and the entire range of playstation products >.<" lol... i dunno, seeing them wave a stick, jumping around wiggling their butts makes me laugh. guess i'm not 'up-to-date' enough with the ever advancing technology... <sigh> getting old T_T

Ahh I would have to agree, I rated the first season more highly than the second, it just didn't seem as awesome, not sure what to make of the ending but oh well Morita is awesome xD

Lol! i live in a sunburnt country... although that doesnt mean everyone here is crisp tan! i guess i am brownish but that's just me... its been in the 40s here T_T my dog suffered dehydration so we had to bring her in and completely drench her in the shower ><... its dreadful here... you can literally 'see' the heat! <sigh> atm, my dream is to live in an ice box...T_T

hahaha! yes, DS games are weird and wonderful... although, i'm a bit behind the times... wii is the 'in' at the moment...>.<" but i dont have one!! i wonder if it really is as fun as everyone makes it out to be...

Lol, i'm always freaking out about small things... yea, i'm HEALTHY!! except for lack of vitamin D. according to the doc, i'd have to spend all day out in the sun for about 3 weeks before i get the recommended amount needed T_T geez...

i LOVE sushi! just not sashimi... sushi doesnt always have to be with raw fish... but guess its more authentic that way ^^

(i think that's it...) you know... raw fish in sushi... ahem, i cant say its my favourite. and i DONT like wasabi T_T it was definitely an experience to remember... one i'll never forget lol my dad's first attempt at eating raw fish too! it was hilarious... he couldnt handle it! so he put the raw salmon in his very hot cup of green tea to cook it! lmao ^_^""

it was an ok day ^_^ i spent it painting some figurine 7 yr olds paint at a park... and errr playing blind-fold chasey with my younger (and much healthier...) cousins. lol such a typical way to spend an 18th bday, eh?
